Air Brake Fittings

Air Brake Fittings are used in Copper Tubing in air brake system.

Air Brake Fittings are easy to assemble. They do not require flaring, soldering or any special preparation. We use CA 360, CA 345 or CA 377 Brass for manufacturing.

-65°F to 250°F at maximum operating pressures.

• Cut a smooth, square end on the tubing
• Slide nut and then sleeve onto tube – threads facing the end
• Insert the tube into the fitting
• Thread the nut to the body until its tight, and then
  for 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ – 2 more turns
  for 5/8″ and 3/4″ –  3 more turns
